Birth, Breastfeeding & Before

I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) registered lactation consultant (RLC) a certified childbirth educator (AAHCC) and labor support doula (LA/BD).  Now that's a lot of letters!

I believe that all women deserve a positive birth experience, along with emotional and educational support, in order to meet their breastfeeding goals. 

By providing education and support, all women are able to unlock the innate wisdom of childbirth and motherhood.  

I have provided my community with lactation support and childbirth education programs, consulting services, and educational resources for over 20 years.  

I am committed to helping you achieve your personal vision for
